Participants confirmed in Summer School FFQSS-Fermented Foods: quality, safety and sustainability.

Few months have passed since the first steps for organizing the Summer School FFQSS in the project FORTHEM Alliance. It has been a learning practice where sending e-mails and scheduling phone calls have been a must. A task that it is still going on. We are putting lots of enthusiasm and interest  from University of Valencia in designing an excellent program to students of all around Europe.

The final program will be published soon; nevertheless, we were confirmed the participation of D. Vicente Domingo Director of CEMAS-World Sustainable Urban Food Centre of Valencia (initiative in the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, FAO), Prof. Jessica Gil from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and D. Toni Arráez from Arráez Wine Cellar. Experts from the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC) and from Office of Transference of Scientific Results (OTRI) have also confirmed to participate and will be scheduled soon.
